Tariff / Prices 2012 (1st March - 12th December)
   
   Caravan Holiday Homes
  Prices for JULY, AUGUST, BANK HOLIDAYS, HALF TERM WEEKS & THE GREAT NORTH RUN   WEEKEND:

   • Countrystyle Holiday Home - £325 per week
   Short Break (Minimum 2 Nights) - £130 for the first 2 nights and £50 for each additional night.

   • Granada Holiday Home - £395 per week
   Short Break (Minimum 2 Nights) - £150 for the first 2 nights and £65 for each additional night.

   Outside the above peak periods, a 25% reduction applies. i.e. The Countrystyle would be £240 per
   week and the Granada would be £295 per week. This reduction does not apply to short breaks or
   weekly reservations that fall, in part, within the above peak periods.

A £75 deposit is to be paid on booking and the balance is due 28 days prior to arrival.
   Deposits may be paid by credit / debit card.
During July / August, bookings are for 7 / 14 nights, Saturday to Saturday only.

     Touring and Tent Pitches

   • Caravan, Motorhome and Tent Pitches (Up to 2 people) - £16.00 per night. £18.00 per night during
     JULY, AUGUST, BANK HOLIDAYS, HALF TERM WEEKS & THE GREAT NORTH RUN WEEKEND.

   • Extra adults (over 16 years of age) - £5.00 per night each

   • Extra children (over 3 years old) - £2.00 per night each.

   • Day visitors (by prior arrangement only) must register at reception immediately on arrival -
     £4.00 per person per day.

   • Porch Awning - 75p per night.

   • Full Awning - £1.50 per night.

   • 16 amp electricity hook up is available. Ask for details when booking.

   • You will be pleased to learn that we only cater for families and couples.

Please note: We do not take commercial vehicles i.e. vans.

A £35 non-refundable deposit, per week or part week (if pitch fee is lower) is to be paid
on booking and may be paid by credit / debit card.
